The CMC starts with “The PIT”. 4 CrossFit related movements: Kettlebell swings, thrusters, box jumps and burpees. You then follow up this short intense workout with a long grueling mountain / obstacle race. Most of the obstacles are military in theme and require strength, endurance, and agility.
We couldn’t ask for better weather and the atmosphere at the race was heated! As bad as some of the course was, no one quit.
