Does anyone else have a case of deja-vu?
It seems almost exactly one year ago that we experienced a freak snow storm that caused power outages for weeks. And here we are now after one of the worst tropical storms to hit the northeast without power… With major concerns such as keeping your food cold, fresh water, and showering, your training probably isn’t at the top of the list.
Not to worry.  We will be open for normal classes on Wednesday (as long as power is restored) and will be using Tuesday’s WOD.
