WOD

With all the seriousness of the Whole Life Challenge and the CrossFit Games Open going on, it’s easy to lose sight of
the fun aspect of training and exercise.  If your not having fun while training than what’s the point!?
Yes, I get that the workouts are uncomfortable and they make you feel like your being attack by an angry badger.
But if you were scared of the workouts you wouldn’t  continue to come back, right…

So let’s have a little fun today with a Kid inspired WOD.

“TIRE ISLAND”
In a group, proceed to traverse across small islands with all personnel and objects until you pass
through the tire island and to safety of dry land.
If a member or gear falls off one of the small islands, the entire team will do 10 burpees.
