Today is BRING A GUEST DAY!

I know you are pumped for your friend or family member to try out their first WOD
OR just to try out a facility that actually cares about your fitness goals.

Either way, you can believe they might be a little reluctant to follow through or
nervous about doing CrossFit.

Rest assure, their health and safety is just as important as yours.

What’s just as exciting is that they will also get to participate in the fastest growing sport
IN THE WORLD…. CrossFit Games.

Today’s WOD is the CrossFit Games Open WOD 15.1.
The first workout of 5 that will lead us to the regionals and ultimately the Games.

For the ELITE this is a series of fitness tests that allows them to express their athleticism.
For the rest of us, it’s just a way to measure our fitness in a fun and competitive way that’s
bigger than our little box in Mahopac.

CF GAMES WOD 15.1
Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:

15 toes-to-bars
115-lb. deadlifts, 10 reps
115-lb. snatches, 5 reps

CF GAMES WOD 15.1
6 minutes to find –
1-rep-max clean and jerk

Perform both workouts on a 15-minute clock, start Workout 15.1a immediately after finishing 15.1.
