This WOD is dedicated to All the past and soon-to-be expecting moms we have in the Elite Progression Nation!
We have had the opportunity to coach several woman during their pregnancies which is a true Honor as a coach.
Movements are geared towards loading the body in a way that replicates the difficulties one might encounter during pregnancy.
Things tend to be hard, like walking up stairs, picking things off the floor, or even squat to an object considering the weight in the front.
Shout out to Julianne (CFP) and Megan (CFM) who is due MONDAY!
