Foundations

This is your assessment and selection process into CrossFit Mahopac. You will learn the definition of CrossFit, learn about our Program, and experience a CrossFit workout.
This process will also allow US to evaluate your fitness level, experience, and fitness goals so we can deliver the right training program for your needs.
Following the intro, we will review which of our several membership programs that best fits your goals and needs.

Personal Training

Prefer one-on-one training? Receive the same coaching and training as if you were in the group class. These session are tailored just for your needs and goals.

Group Classes

This is CrossFit as it was intended. Small groups of like-minded people all trying to increase their work capacity. We use constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensities.
Come train and practice for the unknown and become better than you were!

Kids Program

Our kid’s classes are geared towards making functional fitness fun! All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainers. With workouts that are scaleable, CrossFit Kids can equally benefit a child who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is responsible for 80% of our body composition.
You can out-exercise a bad diet!
So if you are ready for the over haul or you have your training under control and just need some fine-tuning to your diet, then ask about our progressive Nutrition Coaching.
