100 – Double Unders
75 - Squats
50 – Sit Ups
25 – Push Ups
10 – DB Squat Cleans

    This work out was a killer I did 300 singles but
    First 97 were done in 57 sec almost a min so close yet so fat and I finished in 15.36 hate doing jump rope
